Shave the area the night before, and leave the wax and the tweezers alone for a few weeks. The laser needs the root still there and the surface clear.
A hot snap against the skin, not a needle. A small area is over in minutes. Say so if it is too much and the setting comes down.
Warm, like mild sunburn, for a day. Keep it out of the sun, skip the gym that evening, and the shedding starts a week or two later.
